Past Challenge Experience:

This challenge came in handy at the start of the pandemic! In particular the time management exercises. It made me realize I have more than enough time now to get things done. First, I had to assess how I was using my time and evaluate certain activities. Now, I'm able to structure my days where I feel less overwhelmed and more productive. Not only did the challenge help me with structure, it also helped me with developing/strengthening relationships. I actually connected with someone from challenge who offered to help me break out of my introverted personality. The relationship formula pushes me to be more intentional when I interact with others. The Just Start Challenge truly challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and I'm looking forward to the next one!
